This 1955 Ford Fairlane Convertible has undergone an older frame – off, concourse restoration, which still shows beautifully today. In 1955 the previous owner graduated high school. Her and her sister were both presented matching cars with slightly different color schemes. She is now 81 years old and ready to pass this dream on to the next generation. This was put back to stock exactly how it was when it rolled out of the factory 63 years ago, with the correct colors and all the options it was born with. Although it was restored back to factory this Fairlane has a few rare options, including power windows and power seats which normally were only included on Lincolns. Under the hood is a 272 ci with 2bbl connected to a 3 – speed manual transmission with overdrive and kick down. The interior was all redone with period correct covers and is show ready. The original invoice and title from the Ohio dealership where it was originally purchased do come along with this Fairlane!
