Check out this beautiful 1969 Chevrolet Camaro! The previous owner had bought this beauty in Arizona in 2012. The restoration was started in 2012 and finished 3 years later in 2015. It started with the body being stripped to bare sheet metal, sand blasted, body work done, and self-etching primer applied. It was painted with 2009 GM Tarnished Grey with black strips and clear coated over both. The bottom of the car was painted with same Tarnish Grey colored undercoating and is as clean as the top of the car. The engine compartment was painted same grey as exterior as well. The interior was insulated using Fatmat. New carpet was installed. The seats were stripped to the frames and painted, and received all new foam and new seat covers. All new interior panels, dash, console, and gauges were added. A new headliner was installed. The engine is a 396ci big block V8 that has been rebuilt with a Mild Cam. It is fitted with an Edelbrock Endurashine water pump and intake manifold. The polished valve covers are CNC machined with the Motion logo. Edelbrock 750 carburetor has been installed. The exhaust system starts with Hooker Competition Headers that flow into two and one-half inch pipes, into FlowMaster mufflers and exit out the rear of the car. Entire exhaust system has been completely done with ceramic coating. The transmission is a TH400 Automatic with a shift kit. The rear end is a posi 12 bolt with 3.42 gear. Chrome power brake booster and master cylinder with all new stainless- steel brake lines and synthetic fluid. There are under 2,000 miles on the build since finished, and it is ready for more.
