This '65 Cobra was bought new in November of 2004. The previous owner only put about 3,000 miles on the car and stored it indoors! The frame and chassis were special ordered at McMichael Motorsports in Braselton, GA in June of 2004 and Southern Automotive Engines and Bill Parham, a well renowned engine builder, built the engine in October of 2004. Over the past 12 years the car was treated as a collectors item and received the highest level of treatment, including regular maintenance, never driven in the rain, never raced, and always garaged. This cobra was assigned identification number SP01986 and given 550+ HP.
